					<description><![CDATA[<p>Variety: Grenache, Syrah, Monastrell and Cinsault Origin: La Crau area (Southern Rhône – South of France) Designation of Origin: Châteauneuf du Pape Vintage. 2021 Production: 300 bottles Vineyard between 50 and 90 years old. Soils with sand, clay and limestone completely covered with pebbles typical of the Châteauneuf du Pape area. Vintage with constant rains during the fall, a dry and slightly cold winter that caused early sprouting. Dry and hot spring and summer with providential rains at the end of August. Manual harvest and traditional winemaking in concrete tanks, stainless steel tanks and wooden vats. 70% destemming. Fermentation and maceration for almost 30 days, as an infusion. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aging in concrete tanks, wooden vats and 600 l barrels.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Variety: White Grenache and Gray Grenache Origin: Estagel (South of France) Designation of Origin: Côtes Du Roussillon Vintage. 2021 Production: 108 bottles Vineyard from 1950 with a density of 1400 feet/Ha. Soils with schistose marls located in the southern calcareous foothills of the Corbiéres Massif. Border area between the Pyrenees-Orientales and the Aude area. Altitude 220m Vintage with constant rains during the autumn, dry and slightly cold winter that caused early bud break. Some frosts in April limited production. Dry spring and summer until some providential rains at the end of August. Manual harvest on September 14, at the optimal ripening moment of the plot. Vinification: long and delicate pressing. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in foudre followed by aging in foudre for 10 months.</p>
