These loose soils are poor in nutrients and formed by pebbles, which affords good drainage.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The vineyard is worked in a traditional viticulture, practically organic and with low yield per plant, approximately 15 Hl\/ha. The wine is elaborated with excellent raw material, using only the best healthy, ripe and balanced grapes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Grapes harvested in September. Each area is harvested at its optimum state of ripeness.<\/p>\n<p>Cold maceration for 4 days at 12\u00baC to extract the aromas. Fermentation at 25\u00baC in stainless steel\u00a0 tanks with autochthonous yeast, respecting the typicality of the raw material.
